L'étude Christophe JORON-DEREM organise deux ventes spécialisées dans les arts d'Asie au moment des semaines asiatiques de Paris, qui se tiennent chaque années au mois de juin et de décembre. Les semaines asiatiques de Paris réunissent l'ensemble des galeries et maisons de ventes qui présentent au monde entier les pièces, souvent exceptionnelles récoltées tout au long de l'année.

L'étude Christophe JORON-DEREM disperse les siennes au plus offrant après les avoir présentées aux "temps forts asiatiques" organisés à l'Hôtel DROUOT au mois de mai et de novembre; et aux expositions qui précèdent la vente aux enchères publiques.
