MDCCLXXVIII./ REGE JUBENTE. Nature (Cybèle) standing surrounded by the different species of the three kingdoms: minerals, plants and animals. Engraver: LIUNSBERGER. Rare and superbly preserved. Provenance: Florange, July 28, 1945. Medal struck after his death in 1778 for the University of Upsala where this great scientist was professor, to commemorate his work.
