Set of 3 volumes in-4, marbled calf, decorated back, green and red pieces, marbled edges (Binding of the period). First edition of this important epidemiological monograph. The book is divided into 4 parts. The first one contains a general description of Normandy and the most frequent diseases that affect this province. The second part contains the meteorological observations collected in Caen and Rouen over fifteen consecutive years. The third describes the major constitutions of popular diseases in Caen. The last part describes the diseases prevailing in the climate of Rouen and the description of the various epidemics that have occurred in the Haute Normandie region. Copy of the author wearing his ex-libris printed on the back of the first two volumes: Ex-libri Petri Lepecq, in athenaeo cadomensi doctoris medici regentis.
